Toxic, racist, or abusive behavior toward any league member or official will not be tolerated. The progressive discipline ladder is:

• 1st offense — 1 Hour Timeout
• 2nd offense — 1 Day Timeout
• 3rd offense — 7 Day Timeout
• 4th offense — 4 Game Suspension
• 5th offense — Season Suspension
• 6th offense — Server Ban

The general chat is a place to meet people and talk hockey. The league has ZERO TOLERANCE for: sexual content, illegal content, doxing, and harassment. Violations result in immediate ban.

Management must respond to polls and communications designated as required by League Administration.

Leaving a server: A 24-hour grace period is granted each season to rejoin before disciplinary action.
Leaving iH3 Discord during active season: Ban for remainder of season + full season suspension next season.
Leaving Team Discord: Same penalties if reported by GM or AGM.

All complaints must be filed through the support-ticket channel using the Ticket Tool — the only recognized complaint form.

Suspended accounts: May play on a different account if documented via Ticket System and the alternate isn't already in use.
Ghost accounts / 2nd tagging: Circumventing suspension through a second account = permanent suspension.

League games played at 8:45 PM EST, 9:15 PM EST, and 9:45 PM EST on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Regular season is 4 weeks. Period length: 4 minutes.

4 minutes late — penalty shot awarded. 8 minutes late — forfeit. Lateness exemption if prior game is in OT, provided communication was made before scheduled start.

Must be completed within 7 days. Failure = loss and -2 points for both teams.

Game loops: Pause immediately. Determine time, possession, and goals privately. Team with possession holds the puck until play returns — no scoring attempts during loop.
Player disconnects: Opposing team receives penalty shot. 5 minutes to find a replacement or take forfeit.
3 lag-outs: Automatic forfeit for that team.
Server issues: 10 minutes to restart — if unable, game is rescheduled.

Goalie Pulling: Cannot pull when up by 4+ goals. Violation = 2-game suspension.
Play Resetting / Ragging: Any reset exceeding 10 seconds real time is ragging. Players may not pin the puck to kill time.

• Battle Pass Builds are banned from league play.

If behind by 7 goals entering or during the 3rd period, mercy is called. Goalie must exit. This rule is mandatory — games continuing past a missed mercy will have all player stats voided.

Minimum of 10 players at all times during regular season.

Primary Skater: 22 game max  |  Primary Goalie: 27 game max. Exceeding max = forfeit + loss of playoff eligibility.

Once signed, a player cannot leave their team. 4 days to report after draft, 2 days after trade/signing. Players must post availability weekly when asked.

May request trade after 4 games played. Only 1 trade request per season. Management must waive or trade block within 2 weeks.

Contacting a player under contract with another organization to recruit them = up to 1-week suspension. Players may NOT message another team's management to request a trade.

3 transactions per week (drops excluded). Rosters frozen 12 PM EST Tuesday until Friday morning. Only team owner may submit.

12:00 PM EST Friday following the week in which 65% of regular season games have been played.

Each team receives 100 waiver points. Waivers open Friday noon and close at 8:00 PM EST. Minimum bid: 5 points. Ties go to lowest-ranked team.

Teams must retain at least 5 original players for the entire season (GMs/AGMs excluded).

Top 6 teams qualify. Tiebreakers: regulation wins → lowest GAA. Top seed always plays lowest active seed.

All games at 8:45 PM EST. All series best of 7.
First Round: Sunday → Tuesday  |  Second Round: Thursday → Sunday  |  Finals: Tuesday → Thursday

Each skater max 3 games per series. Goalies max 5 games.

Minimum 14 games played. Must not exceed game max. Community vote with GM tiebreak.

• ECU players are not permitted in playoff play.
